It is one of the museums belonging to the Italian Armed Forces and it’s inside the Vittoriano.

The museum’s main intention is to take care of the battle flags, which once belonged to military units that have now separated, and the military banners, which once had the Savoy coat of arms in the centre, which were in function till the end of the Second World War.
